You:

You’re someone who has forged their career so far in the field of assessment, recruitment and retention.

You’re in your element speaking to customers about how to create compelling, effective and highly efficient assessment campaigns that achieve the hiring numbers and quality their business needs.

You may have trained as a psychologist, a HR practitioner or as a senior recruitment professional, before specialising in assessment and consultancy.

In this position you’ll be leading the delivery of complex assessment solutions for a range of businesses.

It’s a heavily client focused role – you will be the expert asking the questions to understand exactly what they need before designing solutions and working with internal product teams to ensure every customer receives the best bespoke solution to suit their needs.

Effective communication is key because you’ll be working with a highly varied bunch of people from client HR/management teams through to internal product development, account management, engineering and design teams.

At any one time you’ll be juggling 3-4 projects, and whilst you can be mostly home based there will be occasional travel into client sites and approximately once a month in one of their offices in either Birmingham or London.

On offer is a basic salary between £40k - £65k + 25 days holiday + share scheme + life cover + 5% pension + more.
